You may return any item within 15 days of receipt of the item in the original condition for an exchange or a full refund of the price you paid for the item.

Returns of personalized products will normally only be accepted if the personalization is incorrect upon receipt of the order or if the product is faulty. We do not accept any responsibility once a replica shirt or shorts have been printed, in the event that a player leaves the team and/or changes his squad number, or if the badge changes in the future.

Please note the following exceptions to this policy:

DVDs, videos, PC and video games, underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry and items specially made to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the returned products are defective.
We cannot refund or exchange an item once it has been personalized to your order. A refund or exchange will be allowed if the garment is defective. All return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return an item?

Send the items to be returned by any type of courier to our store with destination to:

Always attach the invoice or copy with the reason for the return with data to know if you are requesting a change of size/model or a refund of the amount.

As soon as the item arrives and we see that it is in perfect condition and WITHOUT SCREEN-PRINTING, the return/exchange will be made.

Wrap the item(s) securely in a suitable envelope or package (items must be returned unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging included)
Please add the delivery note to your package (to identify the order)

Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer

How can I exchange an item?

Items cannot be exchanged. The exchange of items must be the subject of a new purchase.
